Delivery
All of the prices displayed on the website are exclusive of delivery. If the delivery is to mainland England and Wales, the associated cost will be added to your basket at checkout.
We only charge you for one delivery if you buy multiple items, that associated with your largest item. The charges are based on the size of the piece and the distance of the delivery address.

For deliveries outside of mainline England and Wales, checkout will be completed exclusive of delivery. We will be in touch via e-mail / call within 48 hours of your transaction to organise shipping.
Process
After placement of your order online, we will correspond with you to inform you of your delivery date, which will be within 10 working days of purchase. Rescheduling outside of this may incur a further charge.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a position to accept delivery and that your premises can accept the pieces you have purchased (all dimensions are provided on product pages).
We will always do our best to assist in moving your item to its desired location in your property.
Returns
We anticipate that you will be delighted with the pieces you purchase from Yorkshire furniture. However, where necessary we offer a full refund policy. Please inform us via e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to return an item.
Returned stock must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days, in the same condition it left us. The cost to return will be equal to the original delivery cost and will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original delivery cost.
